2008 resolution step up

So the weight loss/fitness resolution has just been upped a notch. In a nutshell, [info]camboedin and are in competition.

July 4th is the deadline.
The stakes: paid airfare to Las Vegas ($150 limit)
Most improved body as per panel of judges TBD.
Least body fat %

"dude take off your shirt right now"



I like how our skin tones caused the camera to have different white balances and how glazed we are and how homo we are.

Starting Specs
Me: 5'8 162 lbs 17% body fat
Din: 5'4 153 lbs 15% body fat

I have tiny nipples.

how did you test body fat %? you should probably test it a few times and take an average because that stuff can vary a lot

we were playing beer pong, and we decided to try beirut, a different variation. this involves retrieving an elusive bouncing ball to keep it from hitting the floor, also involves player elimination. SO, my partner, Din, gets eliminated. It's 2 vs 1, I need to gain possession of the ball, one is bouncing off the table towards the ground and I lunge forward to retrieve it. I slip on the hardwood floor in my socks, land on the table seesawing it up into the air sending cups of beer flying. Everything crashes down on me and that's when the ninjas came and cut me.

like i said, ninjas.

not sure, but i've lost weight from stress/work/not eating well....

so i guess i'm slim, but i bet my health is terrible...
